Comments: | This is one I got for a reasonable price off ebay. It's a Fitzgerald LPFH230 batten for two 3' 30W Tubes. You don't see many twin 3 footers, in fact you don't tend to see that many standard battens about in the 3' length. This is |

Well done on finding a twin 3' batten! Yes I think the only full size 3 footers have been Fitzy for well over 20 years! I have a 3' T12 single and it's rather unique! Just a shame I no longer have a T12 3' tube for it! The LPH series have always had rotating lampholders, I see yours is the later version. I prefer the LPV twins myself with the V formation as per that twin superslim of yours!

I remember seeing a new 3' T12 single Lightpack on ebay a couple of years ago but the seller refused postage! The lamp holders on this one would take T12s and I've put one end of a 2' T12 in to see if it looks silly or not and I don't think it does, obviously the proper T12 ones are better. I prefer the LPV twins too, I'm getting a 2' 18W one soon

Shame about the postage issue on that new 3' T12 version! Would have come with a T12 Thorn tube!

If you ask Kev nicely, he may let you have a pair of T8 sprung lampholders from one of those scrap HF twins! Then this'll match that 2' twin!
