Funny how the later versions of these have the filament right up at the end whereas the older ones it was around the arc tube and it wasn't so easy to pick the two light sources.

I prefer it when the filament is around the arc tube as this seems to produce a slightly higher colour temperature. Nice to see Philips lamps with the logo on!

Oh, nice lamps, I wonder if they have used the comfort phosphor on these, giving the arc that yellow colour?
