Manufacturer:Atlas I think; no brand on packaging or tubes but appear identical to other Atlas Amber tubes I've seen

Overall Width / Diameter:38mm, glass is quite think
Overall Length:600mm
Cap Type:Crimped nickel

Comments:Like other similar Atlas amber & peach tubes I've had, these have a noticeable dim down on switch-off. Caps are crimped like the old Philips caps but the crimp section is much shallower and these are nickel.

Check out the box!, there must be some good stuff in that shop?

The shop is chockers full of old original glass pendant shades and the house next door is full of old decorative fluorescents. It's like a treasure trove for lighting collectors. Not many tubes though unfortunately but some of the old fittings have some nice old crimped brass capped tubes in them.

Definitely not a colour I've seen. Wonderful find there!

Did you manage to get any Kev? This is the only colour I need to complete the set of coloured fluorescents.

Amber is mentioned amongst blue, green and pink as 'also availble' in the Atlas 1949 price list so these could be over sixty years old! Peach was listed amongst the regular colours back then!
