Is this genuine.... not an April fool prank? Logo doesn't look right.

If it's a fake then it's a good one.

Na if it was a fake it would have a BC cap photo shopped on to it!
Andy   [Apr 01, 2015 at 09:58 PM]
Yes I remember seeing that on LG Kev! Smile

I promise you all this is exactly as it is

Very nice! Appears to be separated at birth from the 2' 40w Siliconed red tubes some of us have! As Crysleco didn't make their own tubes, the name could have been printed on separately?

Nice to see a genuine one! I remember that photo, which was clearly shopped!

I remember that photo shopped Red BC tube, it was posted not long after Gav and Claire cleared out Harrisons. Mad

It was almost funny, thinking she'd pull the wool over our eyes!

Yes she would have to be up pretty early to fool any of us! Meanwhile Osram GEC had coloured tubes listed in their catalogues over on James' site, as 80w BCs and bipin later, as late as 1975 so there may have even been Lightguard branded versions of this tube! Is there any evidence of a date code in the form of two letters?
