Ooh yesssss! I've known of 6w 84s from Sylvania and the budget makes but never knew Philips offered such tubes! Always thought it was just the 8s and 13s! Definitely a perfect tube for that torch! Just need a 4w 840 from Philips rather than Eveready (as sold in Maplin for best part of a fiver!) now that would be perfection in a tubelet!

I'm surprised that they still make halophosphate T5 tubes tbh when triphosphor has been the standard for years!

I know, never seen one before except in catalogues, found it in a busted Trilux fitting in the bin! Unfortunately none of the main manufacturers have ever made the 4W in tri colours, I know Hybec do now though!

I may have to get some of those Eveready lamps then in 4W!
