Comments:Some rather strong blackening on this and the cathode area glows blue for several seconds after striking. Not sure how much life is left, expecting it go out soon!

Yeah it was, picked up a few last summer. This one looked the most hammered!

Whats interesting about this is, the banding seems to have stopped behind the cathode shield????, instead of the usual 3 inch long banding line you usually get Very Happy

Yes I thought that Rich! There's a a bit of blackening in front of it too but hasn't shown up in the photo!
