Edison & Venture 250w MH Lamps

Well used lamps replaced after 5 years of service.

They look like they have come from the same factory. Rusty lamp supports? Very poor internal atmosphere!

Yeah, they're not great but I think to be fair 5 years from these in the environment they were in was impressive for them!

5 years is very good for a halide, seeing as their horizontal mounted Ventures.

LOL Kev, ye of little faith Very Happy , I have to admit, I haven`t seen any of our 400watt Ventures at work go purple yet. As a new Venture halide user now myself Rolling Eyes , I will have to keep you posted of how well my kitchen lights do :woohoo:

True, but Philips being Philips don`t make a 70watt open fixture version of them, without having some dumb ass special cap on one! Mad
