Comments:Got this lamp from my grampa when I was in Israel got it shipped here with 2 other tubes. This is one very odd tube I have only seen one like this. James has never seen one he never even knew Israel had a tube factory.

Very nice travel Dez, this is a interesting tube as it have some American order code to it too. Is that Osram cap? it kind of funny in away for this old tube Osram-Silvania here before GTE sold it to Osram.

Looks like an Osram GmbH spec lamp. The cap was introduced in 80s so it could have been 86 as opposed to 76.
