What a nice and rare example! Never knew these were supplied with T8 tubes! GEC tubes are also rare as! I remember seeing brand new 8' versions of this with Liteguard tubes in the chemist's near me after a re-fit circa 1984! Notice how all GEC starters appear to have been made by Thorn?!

An 8 footer would be awesome Cool I've not noticed any GEC starters made by Thorn, how do you know if they have?

WOW never knew you had one of these?? I do have an 8 foot single version of these and I have worked on 8 foot twins too. VERY VERY good fitting EASILY As good as a pop pack! Its amazing to see one of these new. Remember the supermarket from 1984 I worked on where all the lights were original versions of these with reflectors and SRS?
