Looking at this again it certainly predates the Thorn Mazda Stylelight lamps by a good 6 years! Came in a 1980s Ring 100w GLS packet LOL

I think these disappeared about 1988 Tom. That is the last Philips catalogue I have which lists them. They seem to have come out in the late sixties and were originally called Pink Pearl.
