there was a company that made these years ago - dutch I think they were, I know they always had a 2pin euro plug on them. you could get them in different colours and the tube was capped with brushed aluminium. wish I could remember the name!!! they were actually really well made (but weren't cheap) they came with a little bracket/stand thing too so they could be free standing. we used to supply them to(we being the NLC) Debenhams, John Lewis and Fenwicks. wish I'd got a few now before I left they were pretty lush!!,
