A very intiricate. assembly showing the glow bottle and resettable bimetal thermal cutout. This cuts out at the end of lamp life once repeated striking sets in, popping out the red button. This is reset upon lamp replacement. Rather unusual these have remained in production for so long given the popularity and price of electronic starters. |
