I wish we still had a nice mix of vintage lanterns here in the UK - they've all been replaced where I live, with Urbis SONs - even the Philips MA's aren't safe!

I miss these when they were used in Litherland, in the 1960/90's now the Road is lit with WRTL Vectra's using 150w SON-T Lamps.

Still loads of these in the Co Durham area attatched to Wood Poles where they look Best IMO
