Lovely! Was this a delivery from Lampco?

Ian at Rock Electronics, only one available! It seems The Lamp Company have been out of 30W T12s for a while now.

I'd forgotten about Rock, they have some interesting old stock but I have found they are crap at responding to questions. What did they charge for postage and was it very well packaged?

Ah I've always found them great! Ian, the main man has been pretty helpful for me! Postage was reasonable I guess at £6.50, came in a solid thick cardboard tube, with polystyrene to the protect the pins and whole thing bubble wrapped! Smile

Glad to see it arrived safely! Very Happy

So am I Rob, little chance of finding another! I've only ever seen one in use, and that's an LP30 original in a shop window, I'll have to pop by that place and see if it's still going!

Nice Danny, is it up on here?

Nice to see 3 foot T 12s, they are fairly common size in USA. But rare to find rapid start fittings.

One thing I've never owned - a 3' T12..... Probably the only length and size (available in the UK) I've not at some point had in the lamp store

I'm pretty sure the only reason the 3' T12 existed in the first place was to match regular T12s in mixed size installations. Or maybe easier to strike on starterless gear? The T8 is actually brighter! Still lovely tubes tho alongside the 15w!
