Looks just like the one that came in the post the other day to me! Annoyingly mine had a smashed 90w SOX lamp in it as the packing wasn't that good. Also missing its gasket, so bowl is very loose, but I can fix that no problem. Annoyed about the lamp tho as I only have a couple of 90w SOX lamps

This was one of the other lanterns in the same auction. It's a shame yours had a broken lamp, as I have to say mine was very well packed. The box and inside the bowl was packed out with scrunched up paper. How was the bowl on yours? Did you get the one which had been drilled for a photocell?

Nope, mine is also undrilled which is nice! My lamp went in a bucket of water, Guess I'm going to have to invest in some 90w SOX lamps......

If your council is anything like mine, they are ripping out SOX 90w like no tomorrow! Try to scavenge some lamps from them or the engineers!

Thats a decent bowl too, its rare to get that

My council completed it's lighting replacement scheme a couple of years back. No SOX left anywhere now, it's all SON, Cosmo and PL-L. Might have to resort to eBay!

Sadly the bowl did sustain a crack in delivery.... A bit of acrylic repair resin has seen to that!
