They're in the 72 catalogue too. Very nice fittings, not sure what I prefer out of these or the Fitzgerald miniature Lightpacks.

Really? wouldn't that have been a provious MK of the Minipack? Do you have a 1972 catalogue then? I'd love to see it!

I had an earlier version of this where the cover simply clips onto a back plate which houses the lampholders and gear as a complete assembly. The starter was held in a terry clip with a simple moulded push-on connector! I have seen the same method used on the early arrowslims and Popular Packs too. (I believe this was an anti-pilfer option on the PP)

I know the ones, didn't you have to pull the lampholders back or something to get the cover off or it might have been forward. I know the starter holders you mean, I've seen them in twin 2ft Pop Packs.

Between this and the Fitzy minis, I'd say the Fitzys win even though I am a Thorn fan.
