Nice old find! Our school had a few of these as does one of the colleges where I've played has some nice tidy 3' and 5' 50w examples suspended on rods! They look cool and a couple are still burning vintage Mazda daylight tubes! Very Happy Was there an 18" 15w version? I know the later versions were!

They were only produced for 3' and 5' tubes as far as I know, the later black enders certainly were anyway. I need to find a place to have this on show, mum didn't look to impressed when I suggested under the kitchen cabinets!

Looking at these fittings, these were the pioneers of today's slimline fittings! A true icon! If I get another gig at that college with these fittings, I'll bring along my spare 3' BLB tubes! They would look awesome in those fittings! Very Happy
