Curious if you ever managed to light yours? I got one from James many years ago, and he told me one of the big issues with this type was colour stability/quality, and indeed when I lit mine, the light from it, was just like a well used MBF lamp! a lovely green tinted white light, I mean I found it nice dont think customers wanting a daylight lamp would of however!

Hi Dez! Yes, I must have lit it at some point as I do with the majority of my lamps, but I don't recall anything unusual about the light from it. I must dig it out and take another look, maybe even picture the light output.
