damn shame. I guess the country is in demand for cheaper lamps that last half the amount of time and supports labour in other countries. It makes my urine boil to think that all the good stuff used to come from Great Britain is now gone. Do we produce anything that is sold world wide that we are proud of?

I wonder how Thorn lighting went bust in USA. As I know GE Canada made Thorn tubes for North American market.
