Good tubes these, they normally last 10-14 years on heavy use. Tube was made in March 2002.

From numbers N238, (N) means it was made in Holland by Philips, (2) is the year 2002, (3) is the month and (8 ) i think is the day.

thanks so if i had a bulb made on 7 January 1992 it would say n9217
|

Im not too good on dates mate best people to ask is Danny and TL8W, but im guessing to your question above would be 17/2/2009 or 17/2/1999 but im not 100% shore
