| Comments: | The suburban streets of Canberra (Australia) feature a VERY mixed and eclectic collection of street lanterns and lights. Most of them seem to use concrete or steel posts, with an assortment of lanterns bolted to them. Most of these seem to use MV lamps in them, though some have had the ballasts by-passed, and have been fitted with domestic CFLs. I also saw a couple using LPS or HPS lamps, though most likely HPS.
I'm not sure what brand this is, but there's something about the design of it that appeals to me. |
