Looks like a strange adaptation of the Osram Dulux F, indeed with the Philips style 'kiss' to join the tubes! Where did you find this, Paul?

This was in a Hobbycraft store selling the Daylight branded fittings. I didn't buy it LOL

Managed to find a little bit of info on these! As well as other manufacturers, Philips make them, called the PL-F! Seems like they're the Asian version of our Osram Dulux Fs.
