You have done a great restoration of this Paul. I have just acquired a 4ft version of the same design but it is going to need quite a bit of work to get it looking decent again, not quite sure where to start with it.

Yes it certainly needs a T12 30w! Even though I'm pretty sure 3ft tubes were only made in T8 back in the 50s, same as the 15w. The T12 in those sizes came later I believe!
