I'm not sure who made it as there's so many Chinese suppliers. It's certainly not made by Narva in Germany, just rebranded for them. Clever how they've tried to word it on the etch though!

They're a lovely colour but unfortunately seem quite hard to start and wont work with the low voltage transistorised circuits! Sad
