Certainly very bright in person! Just replaced the sidelights on my van with a pair of these. VERY impressed! Provides a good enough light for daytime use with no dazzle or glare!

After all I said about LED brake lights the car I have just bought has LED brake lights! I won't be holding them on when stopped though
