Comments: | Saw these on the way to my uncle's so I got a pic. I believe these lot (there are more behind these 2) are the last SOX streetlights in London (excluding private property) they're MA60s and gearless at that, since 1970s going by the gear shoe. |

Yep MA60s for 180 watt SOX Lamps the first set of SON lanters look like Philips SGS203's and the second set look like Urbis ZX3's with Flat Glass or CTG (Curved Tempered Glass)

These are still all over the M6 at Birmingham. I saw loads of interesting lighting on the 295 mile trip to the meet, the fully cut off 400watt SON-T on the M6/M5 change over are lush to drive under, and theres a bit of the M5 that has MA50 and MA60s mixed on the same hight columns. I also do like the Cosmos around Cornwall, only as we have none down here.
