I don't think this was in use anymore as I never saw it turned on and it was at the end of a blocked off corridor. I think this corridor went to an adjacent building but that has long gone.

i saw some of these but twin lamp configuration in Carmarthen. they had opal covers although sadly one had come adrift, revealing the innards. i really wish i knew who the contractors were who maintained the lights. id have had all 5 down in an instant. the fitting on a whole looked much like a Thorn 2DFV28 but 6' long.
