Even on holiday we can't switch off from Lighting! Quite a late model with the black choke too. A PP crossover! Not seen the internal starter holder on a Superslim before either!

LOL, I remember the last time we took the kids to Pontins, I dismantled all the lights in the chalet, just to see what sort of lamps they were using! ROFL

I'm the same about lighting when away! And when I used to travel on trains in the 80s checking out the lighting was always interesting, I once removed an opal panel from above the mirror in the train toilet to see what type of 8w tube it had! The way they had done the lighting was actually really well thought out and very effective.

I'm just the same too. Everything gets taken to bits in hotel rooms. I was on a train a couple of weeks back and also took the fitting apart in the toilet to be pleasantly surprised by a 20w T12.

i'm guessing thye are late examples due to the ECKO logo being a stick on label rather than sprayed on
