|
I remember the 8ft 100w pop packs in similar boxes, stacked up in in the School corridor, ready to replace the original filament lights from when the school was built in early 1900s. This was weeks after I started back in 1978 at the age of 5. The teachers saying "Mind the new lights, they're glass and break easily..." in what even at that age seemed a patronising voice.
