Was Condor an Australian brand? So your 4300s were known as white in most cases?

Hi Tom, yeah it was a fairly common brand here and in NZ, they made incandescents as well and I have an old Condor ballast that seems to be 1940's vintage. Or rather, someone made them for them (like Philips) as Condor wasn't a manufacturer themselves. Yep, coolwhite 33 was mostly known as WHITE in Aus.

I remember these gems from LG. nice old tubes deffo done some hours there

There's a third one but one of the electrodes plus filament stems have been obliterated but it wasn't EOL, must've been fried on a shorted ballast sadly.

That's a shame al? No way of linking it out?

I think it's ducked Kev, there's just no emitter material at all at one end, just the stubs coming out of the glass support stem. I haven't tried linking it yet though.
